Exchange requests may be considered within seven (7) days upon receipt of the order, subject to the item being unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging. Please note that custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized items are not eligible for exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses.

In cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement of the identical style within five (5) days after receiving the order.
