Product Return and Exchange Guidelines
Infinity Collections does not accept returns. However, exchanges are allowed within 5 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with complete packaging.
Exchanges must be for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference for higher-priced items must be settled by the customer. If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit. Item value is based on the price paid or current selling price, whichever is lower.
Custom-made, bespoke, personalized, resized, engraved, or modified items are not eligible for exchange.
All exchange shipping fees are shouldered by the customer.
Concerns Regarding Damaged Orders
Your satisfaction matters to us, and maintaining high-quality standards is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement for the same item within five (5) days of receiving your order.
Requests for a different size or a different item will be processed as an exchange and will follow our standard exchange requirements. Returned products must remain unused, complete, and in their original packaging and condition.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and replacements.
