  • At Infinity Collections, all jewelry pieces are crafted in solid 14-karat gold, never gold-plated or gold-filled. 18-karat gold is also available upon request.

    We use only high-quality diamonds graded H–J in color and VVS1–VS2 in clarity. Depending on the design, our pieces may also feature premium cultured South Sea pearls, freshwater pearls, seed pearls, and carefully selected gemstones.

  • Yes, absolutely! At Infinity Collections, we love collaborating with you to create one-of-a-kind custom jewelry designs.

    You may also bring in your existing jewelry pieces for redesigning or resetting (by appointment only).

    To get started, please contact us and complete the Custom Design Form with all the necessary details, then submit it for review.

  • Yes! At Infinity Collections, we create beautifully crafted engagement rings and wedding bands. To get started, head to Contact Us, fill out the Custom Design Form, and send it in.

  • A. Estimate Your Ring Size Using a Ring You Own

    1. Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well. Measure straight across the center of the ring, from the inside edge to the inside edge. Please do not measure the outer edges.

    2. Take the measurement in millimeters (mm) and refer to the chart below to find your US ring size.

  • For the most accurate fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your ring size professionally measured.

  • If the sizing error is on our end, Infinity Collections will happily exchange your ring for the correct size at no additional cost. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

    If the sizing issue results from an incorrect size provided by the customer, a resizing fee will apply.

    • Yes, Infinity Collection ships worldwide.

    • As Infinity Collections ships fine and delicate jewelry pieces, a signature upon delivery is required to ensure your order is safely received by the correct recipient.

    • If you are unavailable to receive your package, you may choose one of the following options:

    • Provide an authorization letter allowing another person to receive the package on your behalf, along with copies of your valid ID and the authorized recipient’s valid ID; or

    • Request the removal of the signature requirement. Please note that if this option is selected, Infinity Collections will not be unable to assist with claims related to loss or theft during transit.

  • Order processing, shipping, and customer support are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
