A. Find Your Ring Size Using a Ring You Already Own
-Use a ring that fits your finger comfortably and measure its inner diameter. Measure straight across the center of the ring from one inside edge to the other inside edge, making sure not to include the outer edges in your measurement.
-Once measured, record the size in millimeters (mm) and use the chart below to determine your corresponding US ring size.

However, if the incorrect sizing is due to the size information provided by the customer, applicable resizing fees will apply.

If you are unavailable to personally receive your package, you may choose from the following options:

Provide an authorization letter permitting another person to receive the package on your behalf, together with a copy of your valid ID and the authorized recipient’s valid ID; or

Request to waive the signature requirement. Please note that once this option is selected, Infinity Collections will no longer be able to accommodate claims related to loss or theft during transit.
