Infinity Collections does not accept returns. However, exchanges are allowed within 5 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with complete packaging.

Exchanges must be for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference for higher-priced items must be settled by the customer. If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit. Item value is based on the price paid or current selling price, whichever is lower.

Custom-made, bespoke, personalized, resized, engraved, or modified items are not eligible for exchange.
All exchange shipping fees are shouldered by the customer.
